Bringing your electrical panel to modern standards

Introducing an exceptional illustration of a recent service upgrade! Allow me to present the visual evidence of how the panel appeared prior to our arrival. As you can see, it is evident that the homeowner had exhausted all available space for breakers quite some time ago. To resolve this issue and create additional capacity for circuits they installed a sub panel directly beneath the main panel. The result was a messy, unsafe and difficult set up.

Improvement:
To ensure precise alignment with the ideal height requirement, it was imperative for us to relocate the panel. At the highest point of the breaker, we aimed for a height of 67 inches. Considering the original panel was situated significantly higher than the target, we devised a strategy to address the discrepancy. We implemented a solution by installing a junction box above the existing panel. This enabled us to perform splicing on the feeds, enabling them to sufficiently reach the new breakers.
